My theoretical design for a device which uses pulsed electricity and ultrasonic vibration to to separate the hydrogen and oxygen in water to fuel an internal combustion engine. Contains links to videos of cars using water as fuel and other "free energy" devices. (I doubt my design will enable water to be used as fuel without consuming more electricity than simply using the electricity to directly power a motor, but it could increase the efficiency of water electrolysis by a significant amount.) - 3D TV
